Our Staging Flow

Inspection
A site visit is crucial to effective home staging because it allows the home stager to discover a property's features.
The stager will physically visit the property and inspect its interior, loading routes, and surrounding areas.

Planning
Based on the on-site survey, the home stager sets targets and comes up with a plan for each project.
We customize various options and propose the optimal plan that takes advantage of the characteristics of the property.
We also select each piece of furniture and accessories to be installed.
03.
Staging
On the day of delivery, specialized delivery staff and home stagers will visit the property and assemble and install the selected products. The installed products can be rented until the property is sold.
After signing the contract, our specialized delivery staff will come to collect the item.

Photoshoot
If needed, a professional photographer specializing in real estate advertising and architectural properties can photograph the areas where your home has been staged.
